Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Digital avatars: due to their downloadable nature, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted after purchase confirmation. If the product cannot be downloaded or provided because of an error on our side, contact us within 5 days of purchase. After reviewing the issue, we may provide replacement access or a refund.
